Terms & Conditions

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the AI Auto Trading automation system ("System") provided by AI Auto Trading ("Company"). By installing, activating, or using the System, you ("User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the System. Continued use of the System after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Subject to full payment of the one-time installation fee and compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

• Use the AI trading automation system on a single approved MT5 trading account
• Receive automated trade execution on your connected broker account
• Access weekly profit reports and performance summaries

This license is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

All software, algorithms, AI models, strategies, code, documentation, and intellectual property associated with the System remain the exclusive property of AI Auto Trading at all times.

The User acquires no ownership rights over any component of the System through payment of the installation fee or any other means. The installation fee grants only the limited usage license described in Section 2.

Trading in financial markets carries inherently high levels of risk. The following risks apply to all users of this System:

• Trading losses can exceed the initial capital deposited in your broker account
• Past performance of the AI System does not guarantee or indicate future performance
• Market conditions, liquidity, and volatility can affect trade execution and outcomes
• Technology failures, connectivity issues, or broker downtime may affect system performance
• Currency fluctuations, slippage, and spread costs impact trade profitability

The AI Auto Trading System is a technical automation tool only. Nothing communicated by the Company, its representatives, or the System itself constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice regulated by financial authorities.

Users are strongly encouraged to seek independent financial advice from a qualified, regulated financial advisor before investing any capital in trading activities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination:

• Copying, reproducing, reverse-engineering, or decompiling any part of the System
• Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the System or access to the System to any third party
• Using the System on unauthorized or multiple MT5 accounts without written permission
• Attempting to bypass, hack, or interfere with the System's license validation mechanisms
• Using the System for any illegal trading activities or market manipulation
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on the System

The one-time installation fee of ₹14,000 (Rupees Fourteen Thousand) is required to activate and deploy the AI trading system on your MT5 account. This fee covers system setup, configuration, deployment, and ongoing infrastructure costs.

Your trading capital (minimum $1,000 USD) remains in your own broker account at all times and is separate from the installation fee.

The profit sharing model operates as follows:

• 70% of net weekly profits are credited to the client and may be withdrawn at any time
• 30% of net weekly profits are retained as the AI System commission
• Commission is only charged on weeks where there is a net positive profit
• If there is no profit in a given week, no commission is charged ("No Profit = No Charges")

The User acknowledges and accepts sole responsibility for:

• All trading activity, profits, and losses occurring on the connected MT5 account
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• Maintaining sufficient capital (minimum $1,000) in the broker account for the System to function
• Selecting a regulated, reliable MT5 broker
• Any tax obligations arising from trading profits
• The consequences of any manual trades placed on the connected MT5 account

Once the AI System is activated on your MT5 account:

• No changes to account settings, leverage, or trading parameters may be made without written permission from AI Auto Trading
• Manual trades placed on the connected account are entirely the user's responsibility and may interfere with AI performance
• Unauthorized modifications may result in system errors, losses, and license termination

The performance of the AI System may be affected by factors beyond the Company's control, including:

• Broker-specific slippage, spread widening, and re-quotes
• Margin requirements and leverage changes by the broker
• Broker server downtime or connectivity issues
• Order execution speed and broker liquidity

The Company is not responsible for any losses or missed opportunities resulting from broker-side issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AI Auto Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the System
• This includes but is not limited to: trading losses, loss of capital, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption
• The Company's total liability shall not exceed the installation fee paid by the User

The Company reserves the right to terminate this license immediately and without prior notice if:

• The User violates any provision of this Agreement
• The User engages in prohibited activities described in Section 6
• The User's actions are deemed harmful to the Company or other clients
• The User fails to maintain the minimum capital requirement

Upon termination, all rights under this license cease immediately. No refund of the installation fee will be issued upon termination.

AI Auto Trading reserves the right to:

• Update, modify, or improve the AI System at any time
• Temporarily suspend the System for maintenance
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice to active users
• Modify these Terms & Conditions — continued use constitutes acceptance

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Users are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to their use of the System in their respective jurisdictions.
